The highest bidder is to be the buyer. If any dispute arises
between two bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as he
sees fi t is reserved by the auctioneer, and his decision shall be
final. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Terms of the sale are cash. Personal checks are considered
cash. All foreign buyers must pay in U.S. funds. Visa and
Mastercard accepted. All credit purchases are assessed a 5%
handling fee.
