Seller Financing: Seller is offering bidder financing to qualified bidders.

Seller Trade Bid / Same as cash option: Seller will consider real estate (residential, business, agriculture, commercial), complete businesses, equipment, machinery, inventory, or other considerations as full or partial trade. Will also consider trade values exceeding the high bid. The seller would pay cash for overage.

ALL FINANCING, AND TRADE OPTIONS TO BE FINALIZED IN AGREEMENT FORMS PRIOR TO THE BID CLOSING.

Terms of payment, 10% deposit & 10% buyers premium added day of auction, or the next business day. The balance at the closing in full. Standard closing in 30 -45 days, or prior agreed extended terms.
