Additional Auction Note:
Full Transparency - At a previous auction (aka auction #1) of this property, the following was brought to the sellers attention. An attendee made a public announcement, possible frivolous claims regarding an environmental issue, or other issues of the properties. It is assumed the said attendee may have made these unsubstantiated claims without basis, or factual information. Seller has reason to believe such claims may have been made to compromise the sales price, discourage competitive bidding, or other reasons, not known. Seller states, after additional due diligence, the deeds do not reflect any of the issues claimed In fact, mentions no environmental issues printed on the deed, which is displayed. Seller is not aware, or has any reason to believe, that such claims have any validity, or merit, whatsoever. These issues should have been relieved over the course of many, many years if deemed, factual. The previous owners assumed bank lending, rebuilding, appraisals, surveys, and subdivisions, and sold property without issue or mention of any environmental issues, whatsoever. Seller feels such claims would have been reflected, or discovered, such claims, accordingly. Do not bid if you have any concerns, or do not agree to the terms and conditions.
