Thus, creating unfair "closeout " or counter bid time, to other bidders. This will be know as one time added time of reconsideration, or FINAL LAST CALL, of an additional 15 final minutes. In the event there are no last minute or seconds bid on the original countdown time, bidding will close as advertised.
