'No Letter Suffix, 1st Variation' Late WWII era German Military double action semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9x19mm Luger. Manufactured in January of 1945, just months before the factory was captured. Features a blued finish, 5" barrel, dovetailed blade front sight, fixed rear sight with 'u' notch, smooth trigger, serrated hammer spur, thumb safety/decocker on the left side of the slide, heel magazine release, steel 8 round magazine, steel frame with lanyard loop and two-piece grooved brown composite grips. All visible serial numbers are matching with the magazine unnumbered. The [Eagle]/"359" stamp is found on the magazine, frame, barrel, locking block and twice on the slide. The [Eagle]/[Swastika] stamp is found on the slide, barrel and locking block. The magazine is also stamped "P.38v/u". Includes Wolff springs, three spare period magazines and 18 German WWII vintage military cartridges. Pistol retains approximately 90% of it's original finish light high point edge wear, thinning on the front strap and a small amount of scattered light pin prick pitting. Action is smooth, the bore is pristine, the markings are mostly crisp with the "8536" & "ac 45" stamps on the left side of the slide faint and the composite grips are fine.
