All auctions will be subject to a 20% buyers premium and taxes.
Internet bidders’ payment is due in full by the end of the Auction by 4:00pm on Auction day. Larger purchases over $999.00 must be paid by next day 4pm pst, or payment terms for larger amounts must be discussed before the cut off date. Payments for invoices over $999.00 we will need to have an e transfer, wire or direct deposit.
All items must be removed within 5 business days following the auction, after which storage fees will apply.
-Prime Auctions is open Mon-Fri from 10am-430pm.
-Shipping must be arranged by the bidder
-Items that do not have shipping arranged through Prime Auctions, or are not removed before the deadline will be subject to storage fees

• All sales are final: No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
• Buyer is responsible for arranging their own shipping.
• Pick-Up Hours: Mon to Fri 10:00AM 4:30PM.
• Buyer must arrange and pay for insurance coverage, if required. Seller is not liable for loss or damage during transit.
• All purchased items must be picked up no later than 5 business days from the auction date.
• No weekend pick-ups (Closed Sat/Sun)
• Items not picked up by the deadline will be forfeited.
