Expertly restored vintage take-down lever action repeating rifle chambered in .30-30 Winchester, manufactured in New Haven, CT circa 1902. Features a blued & case hardened finish with niter blued screws, take-down 26" octagonal barrel, dovetailed blade front sight with bead top, elevation adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight, full-length tube magazine, smooth trigger, knurled hammer spur, point checkered walnut forend with metal cap and straight grip shoulder stock with crescent metal buttplate & 13 1/16” LOP. Rifle retains approximately 98% of its professional refinish showing light scratches and some scattered pin prick pitting found under the finish on several parts. The barrel & magazine tube display a brown appearance and the case colored parts shows vivid colors. The magazine tube is not well secured near the muzzle and the upper tang shows empty provisions for a sight. Action is sound, the bore is good, markings are very good and the refinished wood stocks are very good with a few hairline cracks. Condition is NRA Very Good as restored. ***C&R Firearm***
