Standard online bidding is not included in the main farm offers. Separate deed. Owned by the father.

MAIN FARM :
BIDDING IS BY THE ACRE. THE BID TIMES ( X's) THE TOTAL ACRES IN THE LOT.
The farm will be offered in three auction offerings. First, the main approx 109 acres with a home. At the end of the bidding (online or live), the top bid and bidder will be pending (Hold the Bid). Tne moving to the next auction offering of
the approx 49 acres, At the end of the bidding (online or live), the top bid and bidder will be pending (Hold the Bid). Then moving into auction session #3H, the combination bundle of Lot #1h & Lot 2H combined for Approx 159 acres.
If the bidding in 3H exceeds the individual lots, the bidders holding those bids are 'out". ( The bids are void) . Those bidders will need to bid on the entire farm, AKA: Lot#3H. In the event, the entire farm bid does not exceed the single lots
(1H & 2H) those bids will take priority. Whatever combination is the highest bid, the bid(s) will be presented to the seller for consideration.
Seller and Auction Co has the right to refuse, reject, or accept any bids, reopen the bids, extend the bidding time, close the auction early , or change auction protocol for any reason whatsoever.
