Featuring vehicles and general equipment from Hawaiian Isles Water Company. This auction is being conducted on behalf of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court (Hawaii). Please note that Oahu Auctions may add or remove any item from this auction at any time.
Online auction ends June 15 (starts ending at 6pm). Pick-up June 16 & 17 (10am to 4pm) in Halawa.
ZERO BUYER'S PREMIUM. 4.712% GE Tax will be added to the bid amount. All items sold “as is” & “where is”. No implied warranties or guarantees of any kind. All sales final. No refunds for any reason.
Accepted forms of payment: VISA/MC, cashier's check, cash or direct deposit of certified funds into Oahu Auctions' bank account. 3% fee on Visa/MC transactions over $3000. Payment due by 2pm the day after the auction ends. If payment has not been received after that time, your Visa/MC on file will be charged the invoice amount plus the 3% fee.
Auction starts ending at 6pm. A three-minute extension occurs on any lot in which anyone submits a bid with less than 3 minutes left on that lot's countdown timer. Refresh your browser frequently to display the most current bid.
If anyone places a bid within the last 3 minutes of a lot’s scheduled ending time, 3 minutes will be added to that particular lot’s countdown timer.
