Being as there is a house and yard in the land package, the bidding can be made subject to finance which could include a home inspection and appraisal if required.

If you wish to pay or deposit via Etransfer please send to auctions@stewartauctions.com. We have auto deposit so no password is required to be set up. 5% deposit on the land/house can be refunded if conditions can't be removed.
