She began modeling while attending college. Marie also worked at Hooters, modeled swimwear, and was a bartender during her college years. In 2001 Colleen was featured in a couple of "Playboy" newsstand special editions prior to being chosen as the Playmate of the Month in the August, 2003 issue of the famous men's magazine. She has appeared in a couple of "Playboy" videos and posed for several additional newsstand special editions. After receiving her veterinary doctorate in 2002, Marie and her sister moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and practiced medicine at a small animal/exotics hospital. Colleen appeared as herself on an episode of "Fear Factor" and has a starring role in the low-budget horror film "Witchmaster General."
