1. Online bidding eliminates the need for travel expenses, lost time, and to bid from the comfort of your home or office. To enable online registered buyers to participate in the auction, a fee equal to 15% will be added to the purchase price for online winning bids. As an example if you bid $100 for an item and you are the successful bidder, an additional $15 will be added to your bid price for a total purchase price of $115. (Note: A different percentage rate may apply to some auctions. Please check each auction for specific information.)
2. Kozma Auction Service, Inc., endeavors to put forth every effort to provide accuracy in our catalogue descriptions. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are a matter of opinion. All property is sold "as-is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. A valid credit card must be on file with Kozma Auction Service, Inc., prior to commencement of bidding. Upon registration, a pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. Upon establishment of credit you will be sent an e-mail confirming you are registered.
3. Accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the each auction. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases. Most major credit cards are accepted (VISA, M/C, AMEX, DISCOVER). No charges will be applied to your credit card until the auction is concluded.
4. Successful bidders will be notified within two BUSINESS days after an auction if you are the successful bidder. Your credit card will be charged and the item will be shipped to the address provided during registration. (Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges). Larger items requiring special handling shall be the responsibility of the buyer. Kozma Auction Service, Inc., shall assist each successful buyer with shipping coordination to the best of our ability.
5. All items must be removed by 3:00 pm (PST) on October 18, 2005. Any items requiring removal after
