In the event of a NFS check, stop payment check, or any non sufficient or fraudulent non payment of any kind. Buyer irrevocably authorizes any attorney in any court of competent jurisdiction to confess a judgment without process in favor of Loomis Group Auctioneers for such amount as many then appear unpaid herein, and to consent immediate execution upon such judgment.
