1. All Items are sold as is where is to the highest bidder.
2. All items which are won must be picked up no later than 7:00 pm Tuesday following the Auction.
3. Items that are being shipped mus thave full invoice including shipping paid for prior to the items being released for Canada Post. IF YOU WISH TO HAVE AN ITEMS SHIPPED EXPRESS POST YOU NEED TO EMAIL US STATING THIS OR ITEMS WILL BE SENT REGULAR MAIL.
4. Due to a growing number of clients not picking up their items we will be implementing a 25% storage fee on items that have been left past the 7 pm pickup window. Storage charges will then be added daily after this point for a total of 7 days at which point the items will be reoffered for auction. All invoices will also be subject to a weekly late fee of 3%. These invoices must be cleared up before you are able to bid with us again.
5. People who have been blacklisted will be required to provide a non-refundable $40.00 retainer to be able to be removed from the blacklist and to be able to bid again.
