U.S. PROPERTY marked Enfield No 4 MK I bolt-action military rifle, .303 British cal., 25” barrel, military mat finish, wood stock, tan woven sling, #31C9008 with Enfield rod bayonet and metal sheath marked No. 4 MK II. This gun is in overall very good to fine condition showing the majority of its military finish, very good bore, crisp action, sharp markings including 1942 dated receiver, correct detachable magazine, brassbutt plate, very good bayonet and sheath; produced by Savage-Stevens Arms Co. on contract for the British; a nice example of this variation of the famous Enfield.
