Saint-Remy design powder-tester circa 1650-1690. Approx. 9-3/4” from end to end by 4-1/2” high. The powder tester is of heavy constructed metal with screw in end for mounting on wood bench. Turn-key release forfriction spring. Wheel shows light engraving and old style numeral with figure of bird or serpent holding the powder chamber cover.
