Deposit in the amount of $2500 required in order to be approved to bid.
Cashier's checks made payable to Rod Robertson Ent. will be accepted at our Edinburg facility (1003 FM 490, Edinburg, TX 78541) or mailed to the corporate office (3847 Parkdle, San Antonio, Texas 78229). Unsuccessful bidders will have their $2500 deposit refunded to them within 10 business days of auction close.
High bid must be approved by the City of McAllen Police Department before sale is final. Once high bid is approved, winner will be notified no later than Wednesday, June 14th. Winning bidder then has 3 days from the date of notification to bring deposit to 10% of sale price and an additional 30 days to close and make payment in full. Winner will forfeit their entire $2500 deposit in the event that full payment is not completed within the 30 days. In the event of forfeit, backup bidder(s) will be given option to purchase at the previously approved price.
Winning bidder is responsible for coordinating with the City of McAllen Police Department to complete all necessary processes for closing.
