S. North U.S. Military single shot pistol, .54 cal., converted from flintlock to percussion, 9” barrel, brown finish, wood stock, iron mounts, wood ramrod. This gun is in overall good to very good conditionshowing an even dark patina on metal surfaces; “S.N.Y.” stamped at breech of barrel with “P” and “US” proofs; action needs mainspring; wood is overall very good with some scattered old mars and scratches;partial inspector’s cartouche on left side of stock above the trigger guard.
