Auction company reserves the right to implement a one time, 15 minute bidding time extension, in the event a bidder attempts to place last minutes, or seconds, bids. Thus, creating unfair "closeout " or counter bid time, to other bidders. This will be know as one time added time of reconsideration, or FINAL LAST CALL, of an additional 15 final minutes. In the event there are no last minute or seconds bid on the original countdown time, bidding will close as advertised.
