This is a pair of Gary Schildt bronze bookends titled "Three Boys". Schildt is a member of the Blackfeet Tribe and has participated in the C.M. Russell Auction In Great Falls, Montana numerous years. In addition, he is a founding member of the Northwest Rendezvous of Art group. Schildt is an accomplished artist with notable works in oil, watercolor and bronze. The bookends show three young boys sitting against a tree stump getting sick from smoking cigarettes. The bronzes sit on a solid walnut hardwood base. They have been signed by the artist and are numbered 11/50. The Gary Schildt bookends are in good condition. Each one measures 7.5" x 10" and is 7" tall.
