Seller and Loomis Auctioneers reserve the right to “Hold the Bid” on Session #13, and offer all additional sessions and lots, and “hold the bids” on all other sessions and lots. Then total the bids and confirm the sale however the totals offer the maximum return to the Seller. We encourage all bidders to place bids on all lots, and sessions, during the process.
