Thus, creating unfair "closeout " or counter bid time, to other bidders. This will be know as one time added time of reconsideration, or FINAL LAST CALL, of an additional 15 final minutes. In the event there are no last minute or seconds bid on the original countdown time, bidding will close as advertised. If merchandise is or is not paid for, abandoned by bidder / buyer. The buyer /bidder will be responsible for, but not limited to amount bid, collections, fees, legal fees, labor, and disposal fees. In the event of a NFS check, stop payment check, or any non sufficient or fraudulent non payment of any kind. Buyer irrevocably authorizes any attorney in any court of competent jurisdiction to confess a judgment without process in favor of Loomis Group Auctioneers for such amount as many then appear unpaid herein, and to consent immediate execution upon such judgment. Not only limited to cost of goods, in addition to, but not limited to all fees, commissions, buyer fees, court cost, legal fees, and hourly in house fees by auction company.
