Located in northeastern British Columbia, the Schippmanns’ hunting area is truly 5,000,000 acres of hunting heaven. It stretches approximately 120 miles east to west and 80 miles north to south and is bordered on the south by the majestic Liard River, and on the north by the Yukon Territory. Chris and Thor have run Liard River Adventures for over a decade and strive to turn their clients’ hunting dreams into realities.
This 1:1 mountain caribou hunt offers you the opportunity at a bucket list hunt you will be telling buddies about for years to come. Accommodations in the Schippmanns’ cabins ensure you will have a warm place to relax after a day on the mountain. You can also take advantage of the nearby Liard River Hot Springs located by the main ranch. Licences, tags, HPF and the $800 US charter flight fee from the Liard River base camp to the remote camp is not included.

Unless otherwise specified, the outfitter will be responsible for the care of the preliminary trophy preparation, salting and transportation of trophies and meat to the departure point, at no additional cost. Departure point is noted in each donation profile. The successful auction bidder will be responsible for all transportation costs and crating for the departure point to their home or taxidermist. Licenses, tags and other fees are at the expense of the successful bidder. Upon receipt of certified funds, the outfitter will acquire licenses and tags prior to the hunt. In the hunt listings, you will see the from time to time the letters “TBA” which means “to be arranged” with the guide outfitter. Successful bidders will be required to sign an insurance liability waiver form prior to taking their hunt or other wilderness trip. Al trips must be taken within the time specified. Any changes are at the sole discretion of the guide outfitter making the donation. All trips are for one person unless otherwise specified.
GOABC reserves the right to alter, delete or modify any of the items described in this profile. Final descriptions and lists of items will be available prior to the auction. Pictures shown depict the outfitters game where ever possible.
