a) Buggy Whip, braided leather thong and ferrules colored stripes on bamboo stock, Stamped SAN FRANCISCO on the base of the stock along with trade name, circa 1890-1900.
b) Four pair of bridle rosettes displayed on a leather harness strap. Designs include; nickel silver eagle heads; MW with SOLID NICKEL stamp; Brass JIM DANDY with trademark of the Scheffer & Rossum Co. (founded 1879, St. Paul, MN); cast iron WYETH. These are pictured and described in "Bridle Rosettes: Two Centuries of Equine Adornment" by Helene Sage
c) Antique Metal Whip Holder. 11 1/2" diameter.
d) Complete set of saddlery tools including stamps, Dies and punches. These were the person tools of James Bolander, a friend and collector.
