'First Generation' Single action six-shot revolver chambered in .32 Winchester Center Fire, circa 1906. Features a blued/case hardened finish, 4 3/4" barrel with two-line address, ejector rod, shortened blade front sight, 'v' notched rear sight, wide low-profile hammer spur, smooth trigger, fluted cylinder, and humped-back grip frame with Rampant Colt two-piece checkered black hard rubber grips. Includes a Colt factory letter which confirms it's configuration and states it was shipped to Simmons Hardware Company in St. Louis, Missouri on August 15, 1906 in a ten gun shipment. Markings are good and all serial numbers are matching. Revolver exhibits mid-light grey patina with remnants of a black painted finish visible in protected areas. Action is strong with three clicks, bore is good some scattered light pitting and grips are fair as worn smooth & the right panel showing a repair along the toe. The inside of the right grip panel is inscribed S. H. S./Worthington/Minn/RT 4 Box 30". Condition is good+. ***C&R Firearm*** ***Modern Firearm***
