1950’s era wooden case for two colt 1849 pocket models with 4” barrels. The case shows thick wood partitions with purple velveteen lining. The configuration of the casing is odd and not in Colt design, just collectormade for display. The case contains a very good pocket model flask showing eagle and pistol showing 50% lacquer, an early brass mold in good condition, original nipple wrench in good condition, an Eley cap tinwith good label that has been opened, and a leather ball flask with embossed gold edge that is probably French and of the type found with high grade European pistols of the 1800-1860 era in good condition. The lid ofthe case show a facsimile label. The case is well made with brass fittings and is of a recognizable 1950’s type with two very nice accessories. Est: $400 - $800
