Civil War era spear point bowie knife with patriotic etched blade, ivory grips and original scabbard. Marked “H.H. Taylor & Bro, V.R., Sheffield”. The plaque in the left scale or grips is period inscribed “Stephen Lot Title Lowery”. The blade shows original polish and is etched with stand of flags and eagle, with “E. Plurbis unum, freedom protector” in banner. The blade is full dimensions with 95% etching. Minor erosion and beginning age. Lot Title The reverse top of throat is also period inscribed “Co G, 4th Reg” in fine large script. The scabbard is good with button hanger and tip has been dented. The grips are near fine and original. Measures 11” overall Lot Title with a 7 1/8” blade of thick stock. Est.: $2000-$4000

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
