Hand carved powder horn by D.R. Tupper for himself and signed 1980’s. D.R> Tupper was a well-known artist, coin dealer and historian in Santa Ana who was also a renaissance man of many talents and peculiarities. Colored Lot Title scenes of pixies and elves. Over 1000 hours to carve and color. Never offered for sale. This artist could carve 18th century horn to exacting standards and Walter O’ Connor stated “It’s good he is honest and signs his Lot Title work or they would pass most experts”. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and 2% of invoice amount for insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
