17ME-4 60 ARMY #90272Colt 1860 Army percussion revolver, .44 caliber, Serial #90272. The pistol is in good overall condition with an 8” barrel. The barrel is primarily grey patina with some original blue beneath the loading lever.The barrel has numerous dents, mars and light pitting. The cylinder retains significant cylinder scene with the patent date and serial number still legible. The frame shows some old pin prick pitting and brass trigger guard and iron back strap. The pistol features all matching visible serial numbers and is missing the wedge. The smooth wood grips are missing the base screw but otherwise are in good overall condition withmars and scrapes consistent with use.
